In observance of the Fourth of July holiday, the MSB call center will be closed on Wednesday, July 4th, 2018. Call center services will resume at 7:30a.m. Thursday, July 5th, 2018. Payments can still be made on our website or telephone automated payment system. Have a safe holiday!

Payments By Mail

Payments may be mailed to Municipal Services Bureau. Just use the remittance voucher and return the envelope provided with your toll bill or violation notice. If you do not have the voucher, you may still mail your payments, but be sure to note your reference number and license plate number on your check.

Municipal Services Bureau accepts payments by mail in the form of personal or business checks, money orders and cashier's checks. Do not send cash by mail. Make checks payable to: Municipal Services Bureau and be sure to write your full name, six character reference number and license plate number on your check.

You should allow 5 business days for your payment to arrive in our office by mail. If your payment is received after the due date you may incur additional fees. Payments made to Municipal Services Bureau take 1-2 business days from receipt of payment to post to your account.
