We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. A delay in receiving tag information from other tolling agencies resulted in some customers with accounts in good standing receiving a Pay By Mail toll bill. As of Wednesday, July 19th, all of the unpaid toll transactions and related bills have been recalled. We are working with other tolling agencies to resolve payment. Affected customers will receive confirmation of the toll bill’s resolution next week. You can also confirm the toll bill’s closed status at www.paynetrmatoll.com. We appreciate your continued patience as we work to fully resolve this issue.


 
Payments By Mail

Payments may be mailed to Municipal Services Bureau. Just use the remittance voucher and return the envelope provided with your toll bill or violation notice. If you do not have the voucher, you may still mail your payments, but be sure to note your reference number and license plate number on your check.

Municipal Services Bureau accepts payments by mail in the form of personal or business checks, money orders and cashier's checks. Do not send cash by mail. Make checks payable to: Municipal Services Bureau and be sure to write your full name, six character reference number and license plate number on your check.

You should allow 5 business days for your payment to arrive in our office by mail. If your payment is received after the due date you may incur additional fees. Payments made to Municipal Services Bureau take 1-2 business days from receipt of payment to post to your account.
