Beginning in late November, NETRMA will have a new Pay by Mail provider. Cofiroute will handle billing for toll usage that occurs after the middle of November (this date may shift). Depending on your frequency of toll usage, you may receive bills from both MSB and Cofiroute for a few months. Please make sure to use the remittance slips included with your bill to ensure your payment gets to the correct vendor and double check any bill pay banking instructions. You may visit Cofiroute’s new Pay by Mail website at www.paytoll49bill.org for more information beginning November 28.


 
Payments By Phone

Payments can be made 24-hours a day, 7 days a week by contacting Municipal Services Bureau
toll free at (888) 923-2808.

You can pay your toll bill or violation notice over the phone using your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit or debit card. You may also pay by using your checking, savings or money market account.

To make payments, you will need either your license plate number or the reference number found on your toll bill or violation notice.

You must be a valid account holder or authorized user of the credit or debit card you wish to use. Payments made to Municipal Services Bureau take 1 to 2 business days to post to your account.
